you guys are a cute fit, very charismatic andf love the tattoos...you caught the atmosphere of the city quite well...Nice, cozy little Georgian Restaurant. I love that you're also showing the background...we also did an interview of how Khinkali were made at a Georgian restaurant in Düsseldorf called Pepela. We still have to upload it. My german bf and I have a Georgian Language and Culture (plus Travel) themed channel and would be happy if you stopped by as well. Maybe we could also collaborate on a video sometime, if you guys feel like it (over distance). Raoul really loves Ajaruli Chachapuri as well. You guys should try Georgian Lemonades like cream soda and tarragon Lemonade and ojakhuri. I love the little illustration on how to eat khinkali, I think other restaurants should also use these kinds of instructions...not just for the khinkali... Thumbs up!

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on your channel, I enjoy it very much. Each episode reminds me of my childhood in Szczecin. I am coming to Szczecin for my mom's 85 birthday in late September and would love your opinion on Willa West-Ende. My mom wants us to hold her birthday reception there. On another subject, you definitely made me want to try the Georgian restaurant especially the dumplings. They remind me of my favorite Chinese one - Xiao Long Bao. Also, I would love to meet you in person for a drink or lunch. Best, Mirek

Wow! That looks amazing. We live in Michigan so we can’t easily visit Szczecin but we will try to make the dumplings at home and see how they turn out. We live in Michigan but I myself was born in Elbląg. There’s an amazing restaurant there called Studnia Smaków. My friend took me there on my last visit. Try it out when you are close.

Please tell the chef on your next visit it was very kind to show us how he makes dumplings. I had never heard of them before. He makes it look so simple to make the little dumpling " purses" (?) but I would probably fumble the dough and make a mess LOL I enjoy learning of cusine from other countries.
