I was _absolutely convinced_ that that whole backdrop, the wainscoted built-in bookcase, was a *two-dimensional* image of some sort (it couldn’t be a green screen because it showed shadows) but looking at it now, in the long shots (e.g., 14:54) and the close shots (16:34), I realize it isn’t! 🤯

My generation changed the Licensing laws in the Uk via Acid House, we literally built you a night time economy, an entertainment sector that didn't shut at 2am, that mirrored that of our more enlightened European neighbours and YOUR generation allowed them to pretty much remove it overnight... "The Slug n Lettuce"..Purrlllleaaase, they've dragged you back to the 1980's and the 80s were AWFUL in the main!!!!!!

Long term is foreign investment a good idea? Surely if a foreign investor puts money in then the idea would be to take a bigger amount of money out so we'd loose in the long term? Would it not be better to find better ways to allocate the money that's already in the economy to make it work better than investing into non producing assets like housing?

@@matty506 For job creation obviously we want foreign companies like say a car manufacturer to set up a factory in the UK to build cars because that would bring jobs. Not all outside foreign investment into a country is a bad thing are you saying the Nissan factory in Sunderland for example is a bad thing?

@@DjBlazz2K10There is no such thing as a ‘UK court system’. Scots law is different from English law, and the only court in England that affects Scots law is the Supreme Court, which replaced the House of Lords as its ultimate court of appeal. Juries in Scotland have fifteen members and they can arrive at majority verdicts. The rest of your comment seems to be as ill-informed.

@ForYour1nfo as much as I agree that it's frustrating when people reduce the broad scope of Israeli crimes to just Gaza, I do think that's what they're being referred to by most in the media. Might just be for simplicity's sake in the case of PolJoe. I would prefer they refer to them by a less reductive and dismissive terminology, though.
