Prokopchuk and also the owner of Galaxy Records-Alex Moodrey were both born in NE saskatchewan.I had the good fortune to share the same stage with Bill on at least 100 gigs.Bill had the ability to excel at many many genres of Violin music from deep deep Ukrainian material to show fiddling to more traditional fiddle music.. A talent like no other
