Chinese cabbage.
1 cucumber.
Salt.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Sweet red pepper.
Olive oil.
Onion.
Fry for 3 minutes.
Fry for 4 minutes.
a small spoonful of sugar.
Squeeze out excess liquid.
green onion.
3 spoons of thick yogurt.
1 small spoonful of dried tomatoes and
Italian herbs.
2 tablespoons mustard beans.
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
Garlic.
mix well.
mix well.
Delicious and healthy salad is ready!

Hot water.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
sweet peppers.

I would not squeeze the cucumbers and get rid of the vitamins. Rather cut it in small cubes and use it without all that salt.

I'd skip the sugar and salt, neither cook the white onion rather, soak the white onion in water for an hour then add it to the salad and use the scallions for garnishing. Instead of yogurt dressing, I'd squeeze a lemon and add a little honey for the dressing.
