Colonial rule and Britishers itself regards that native people are not civilised due to they come to make them civilised . They introduced concept of utilitiarans and Christian missionary . Also another thing is that they do land reforms , property rights , education and some practices like abolition of child marriage , sati prathah , pardah pratha etc . Ricardo theory of rent was used to fix the rent from the land so the benifit of the more people can happens and rytowari system by monro fixed the private property that person have and right of property , education given . And reform happens against child marriage , sati pratha , female infanticide , human sacrifice , pardah system but due to which people started again this .

Utilitiarans ideology .. it based on the ideology reform happens for the education purpose . 1835 charter act come which says about the education in English open opportunity for the civil servant and merger of the executive , legislative happens it means that person which make those laws they even can execute them .

So according to the charter act of 1835 helps to spread of English education and allow the conversion of the people from different religion to their religion Christian and even it sees that lot of conversion can seen from the dalit to Christian people
