You can also set it to mute when you take it off your head. Mine mutes when I take it off, and unmutes when I put it back on, perhaps that's what you were leaning towards when you said that.

Here are the options available for selection when you remove the Poly Voyager Focus 2 from you head: 1. Do Nothing 2. Transfer Audio to Mobile Phone 3. It reminds me of the Jabra Evolve 75 with some features. How is the ear cup pressure? I have the Evolve 75 and had to stop wearing them because it hurt my left ear and left a sensitive mark and feel.

I have the Focus 1 UC Does the _charger stand_ of the Focus One work with the Focus 2 or vice versa? The Focus 1 UC dongle works with Plantronics Voyager & Plantronics 5200 Bluetooth (as well as Trex Aeropex headsets)

Hi Danny, thanks for your video. I am going to purchase the new headset since I am using Voyager 4210 & 4220 in the open office but there is too much noise while people are talking and calling. I could conclude the mic volume and voice quality of Focus 2 is better than Focus. And how about the difference of ANC between these 2 generations of Voyager Focus? Based on your personal feeling, do you recommend me to have Focus 2 rather than Focus?

Hey Danny I'm trying to figure out if I have a defective unit which I think I do. How does your voice sound to yourself when you speak on the focus 2? My unit sounds very artificial kind of hear through technology is being implemented. Also how did anc work on your unit? My anc sounds like static

@@CallOneInc Yep, downloaded lens and updated, took a while too. I have the 2 way base, I was getting a lot of feedback when connected to my polycom vvx601, that started the problems, when in pc mode, feeback was less. I had to turn the volume down to an unacceptable volume to avoid extra noise. Then unplugged the base and just went directly into my cell. Turned on anc and I could hear a bunch of extra noise, never had that before with my focus, 8200 or other anc headphones. But the kicker was how I sounded, best I could discribe is I could hear myself too much, like hear through, sound being pumped in. Super sensitive, like hearing myself breathe.

Focus 2 is an interesting product but I still continue with my Focus 1. It's still working fine for my currently use and no one complaint about my voice. For sure the next headset will be Focus 2 but in nex 2-3 years that the current one broken. I don't think if I am using Focus 1 I should upgrade to Focus 2

I wonder if you can request someone to sit beside you and talk sporadically in a normal voice while you speak simultaneously as well as while you keep silent. This would prove if the ANC can detect and differentiate another person's voice (like a co worker sitting beside you speaking on phone ) as noise and able to suppress that.

Hi Tamoghbna! I would love to but since COVID we’ve been working remotely so the only person I have in my home is my wife and she does not like being in videos. Back when we were in the office we did perform those tests. Playing news via the TV is the closest I come to having other people talking near me.
