What about when there is a low normal of EPO and 96-97% oxygen saturation in unknow polycythemia in a child? JAK2 negative but at mild high altitude under 6,000ft above sea level? Can EPO be normal in secondary polycythemia if oxygen is 96-97%? Or will EPO always be high no matter what in secondary?

Is this consider PV? WBC /L = 7.2 RCB /L = 5.09 Hgb g/dl = 169 Hct % = 49% PLATELETS /L = 266 MCU (FL) = 96.3 MCH (pg) = 33.2 MCHc (%)= 34.5 PLEASE HELP TO ENLIGHTEN ME. THANKS AND GODBLESS ❤❤❤
