So excited to see your content on this device, I really want one but I'm legally blind and not sure I'd be able to read it lol. Also thank you Lady Freebeat for being such an awesome sport!

I love mine. So fast for sample editing. It's a must have sampler.

welcome ot the tracker family! I made a custom skin for my tracker and overall the tracker is a quick way to jam

As soon as you pushed the first buttons Lady Beat must have thought: "Okay, vacation's over, I guess we'll go next year." Wonderful device Sir, I hope to see a lot of it on your channel, and yes, give Lady a contract for filming!

Excited to see this on the channel! The Tracker has my favorite song mode on any piece of gear I've tried. The copy and paste approach is super intuitive and fast. Loops turn into tracks in no time. Also, the procedural and/or random fill functionality for individual tracks is endless inspiration.

Hi FB, I though that your mystery gear would be a roland SP404, but the polyend tracker actually makes more sense for you. Looking forward your new series. Thank you for posting.

The midi out feature is awesome. Its fun to sit down and compose on just t he tracker and then midi all the parts out to a good synth engine, when you are mostly done composing. 16 parts channel output is more than you will need. The sampler feature is also great to have. You actually have a screen mode to be able to slice the samples.

I'll have to give that a shot, thanks for watching!

Love the tracker. Way more intuitive than I expected and excited to see what you come up with! Keep up the great work.

This machine is a good fit for your strengths - great for programming complex patterns and editing, less focus on sound shaping.

Nice looking machine mate. I nearly got one but got the dirtywave m8 instead to mess with when out and about.

I instantly fell in love with mine, I have to admit it's getting more lap time than the Deluge

Great to see you trying a tracker! I loved the LSDJ, albeit just 8bit, but yeah boy, enjoy!!

Oh, I hadn't imagined you as a potential Tracker enthusiast, seeing you have an MPC and the Deluge that cover some similar bases... Now I'm gonna watch the video to hear your answer 😅

Trackers are fun once you get the hang of them. Have the Polyend and the M8. I'm also working on getting Renoise setup to work on my Steam Deck; which is definitely one peice of software I hope the put on the Steam Store with a Deck Verified logo someday. :)

Hell yeah dude, I was hoping this was on your list of gear to checkout, after you experimented with LSDJ and did the video about how you're not keen on the MPC workflow.

I've been highly intrigued by this device. I tried the game boy tracker, though, and my brain wasn't wired to understand the vertical Matrix. Watching some your upcoming content working with this thing might help me "see" the code. Undoubtedly, it's an incredibly powerful sequencing instrument, which is what I gravitate towards. Excited to see what you do with it!

Hell yeah brother! I've been wanting one of these, but I'm just dragging my feet on the plunge.

I got my computer savvy mate to build me a M8 headless, if you can't afford a Polyend Tracker, or an M8 tracker, the headless version is your next best bet!
@mojophonic2 жыл бұрын
@@RaverOperatorGeeza what is a m8 headless?
@RaverOperatorGeeza2 жыл бұрын
@@mojophonic it's a freeware version of the M8 tracker, the best tracker on the market, only it's made by a single person and managing to order one is nearly impossible these days.
@steveedwards44952 жыл бұрын
@@mojophonic with headless you don't need to buy the m8. You can use LSDJ software. I got it on my phone and it's a simplified version of the m8 system. M8 it's much much deeper though. I've barely scratched the surface on mine. You can also buy a few components too do a self build unit.
@RaverOperatorGeeza2 жыл бұрын
@@steveedwards4495 yeah mine is running on a raspberry pi with a teensy card. I can use it at home, or put it in my bag and use it at work on my lunch or anywhere that has a TV/pc screen I can plug into! I only got it this week and waiting to catch up with my mate to see how to launch it... Super excited!

Have fun slicing the samples, use loops within samples, sampling the build-in radio and play games on this machine !! :) The Wavetable and Granular sample-editor let's you turn any drumsound or loop into a synth. Use the Master effects (just push Master a few times) like an AUX send and set the amount per sample. Just don't forget to SAVE after you edit a sample.. The Perform function is fun, even with a single pattern, and is saved within the song.
