The new and everlasting covenant is the teaching of polygamy in the Mormon church, taught by Joseph Smith that the only way into the highest kingdom of God is to practice polygamy.

I love fairy tales.

Then you surely feel at home in today's era of history revisionism, maybe even with modern LDS intellectual scholars who do the interpreting for you.

Section 132 is a joke much like most of the D&C sections that were made up to suit needs of the changing church (pushing it the direction the leaders wanted it to go) or to give Joseph full power, or sections that were changed from the original way it was given.

@@keithwheeler341 You are not making sense. What section of D&C to you claim are "sections that were changed from the original way it was given."? What is your point and where do you stand?

@@thelatterdayteacher if you compare the 1832 edition of Book of Commandments compared to the 1835 Doctrine and Covenants, you will see some damming changes made. Joseph Smith claimed that those first revelations came by way of the interpreters, word for word from God, and then changed them a few years later. I invite everyone to look it up. It's alarming.

@@thelatterdayteacher JS literally told his followers that Jesus said they should build him a house, all while he was "sealed" to his followers' wives. A deeply unhealthy belief system here. Not to mention telling Native Americans, who have been here for 20,000 plus years, that they are descendants of Jews. So unbelievably racist and incorrect. Please respect Native Americans, their stories, their sufferings, and their histories by abandoning this ridiculous fairy tale. Thanks.
