เรียนภาษานี่ สิ่งที่ขาดไม่ได้ คือ แรงบันดาลใจ/แรงจูงใจ ครับ ผมเรียนภาษาผ่านแอพ และเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนภาษากับคนญี่ปุ่น คนญี่ปุ่นส่วนใหญ่ไม่ค่อยเปิดพื้นที่ให้แลกเปลี่ยนภาษา คือ เปิดการแลกเปลี่ยนภาษาน้อยมากครับ ผมก็เลยพยายามมากหน่อย ถ้าจะเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนกับคนญี่ปุ่นครับ

ลองใช้ hellotalk หรือ app อื่นๆในการหาคนแลกเปลี่ยนดูนะคะ Italki ก็มีครูญี่ปุ่นราคาไม่แพงถือว่าใช้เงินจากการที่เราต้องจ่ายคนค่าเรียนเป็นแรงจูงใจในการตั้งใจเรียน

The hardest thing for me is following spoken Thai. Thai people tell me I speak well, but when they speak to me I can't follow. Any advice?

I recommend a lot of exposure to listening content that you have the transcript for. Try your hardest to understand without looking at the subs and then when you really can't understand, refer to them. Very good video. I study Thai since 4,5 years, can speak a lot, my vocab maybe 3000 words. Biggest problem is listening, understanding. Not about daily things, that goes very well, but communication about a topic, like talking about the sixst sense or about a problem a friend has. Understand maybe 50 or 60 % sometimes more, but almost never 100%, always miss something, words or expressions I don't know yet. My reading is basic by the way. My memory for vocab very good.
