I have listened to Grace and Edgar’s Learn Thai for Motivated Beginners for a long time and it’s so nice to finally see what Edgar looks like! Grace is obviously amazing but I’ve always loved what Edgar bring to the show as someone who, like the listener, is also a learner. Thank you both! ขอบคุณมากครับ ❤

The hardest thing for me is following spoken Thai. Thai people tell me I speak well, but when they speak to me I can't follow. Any advice?

I recommend a lot of exposure to listening content that you have the transcript for. Try your hardest to understand without looking at the subs and then when you really can't understand, refer to them. In case you don't know I have another thai channel www.youtube.com/@thaiwithgrace9231 where I post the subtitles for everything. i hope this helps.

Very good video. I study Thai since 4,5 years, can speak a lot, my vocab maybe 3000 words. Biggest problem is listening, understanding. Not about daily things, that goes very well, but communication about a topic, like talking about the sixst sense or about a problem a friend has. Understand maybe 50 or 60 % sometimes more, but almost never 100%, always miss something, words or expressions I don't know yet. My reading is basic by the way. My memory for vocab very good.

Thanks. I will try to make some content around this.
