This is so beautiful! I love it. And I really appreciate that your sheets come out of the pasta machine with raggedy edges, just like mine. I never can make them come out all perfect-looking like some youtube artists do. How long can you keep the canes without assembling, if making them in advance?

Thanks. Yes, Fiona doesn't put her canes into squares often. She leaves them as one triangle and builds them. I'm still trying to learn how not to keep going. It was fun though and made cool earrings
