Polymer clay Crystalline structure Jewelry making technique

In this video, I'll be illustrating a technique to replicate the crystalline structure of gemstones using polymer clay. This is a fun and easy way to create jewelry that looks like real crystals!
Materials used:
Cernit translucent polymer clay;Alcohol inks (I used Jacquard piñata inks- Used Black, white, sun bright yellow colors);Jacquard Piñata Claro extender ;Jacquard Piñata clean up solution;Yellow mica powder( I added this for shine. You can use pearl pigments or metallic pigments also);Sculpey bake and bond;Gold acrylic paint;;Isopropyl alcohol
Translucent clay can burn if you bake for longer time. So always test your oven temperature and find time period that works for you.
Safety measures: Use gloves and while using mica powders use respirator mask

Gloss varnish I use Jacquard pearl ex and varathane, Matte varnish I use Decoart dura clear ultra matte
