Love the colors in this faux jasper. As always you do a great tutorial showing the making of this stone. Another faux stone I would like to see you make, if you haven't yet, is unakite. I work with it a lot, and would like to be able to make lighter earrings. I think replicating it with polymer clay would do the trick.

Brown isn’t one of my favorite colors,but these are gorgeous. Thank you for your time to show us. I know there have been a few fussy people, please don’t listen to them and keep doing what you’re doing. I wouldn’t mind seeing Mr. Clay do something else. It’s just fun watching.

I’m not sure what’s going on with my brain, but when I saw the elongated gunmetal pieces my brain said “pale anchovies!” So declared, I could not unsee the fishy little bastards so it all got a bit skewered for me 😂 Salty little palate dividers aside, I always love your videos, and very much appreciate the work you put into them. I always look forward to Friday evenings (for me in Sweden) when I can watch a new video from my favorite KZbinr. ❤

Lol i love you Deb. Lets use mica powder so the pieces dont stick together then use liquid clay to make them sticky. The irony of clay 😂
@clayboutique11 ай бұрын
The mica is used to avoid the pieces clumping during the chopping process, and it also adds a ‘line’ of color around each chunk….

Debs I’m finding it hard to get hold of black liquid clay can I add a little black alcohol ink to trans liquid clay? Xx
@clayboutique10 ай бұрын
Yes, you can add any color to trans liquid clay, but bear in mind it will dilute the color ❤️
@clayboutique10 ай бұрын
You could also just use some black acrylic paint.

@clayboutique lol! Doncha know that us Americans just love an English accent! I have a brother in law from Wales and I had to explain to him that he attention he was receiving was because us yanks think a British accent is dead sexy! 🤣 (btw, having mastered turquoise and jade I look forward to making nice jasper now)

🤣 I was somewhat a novelty when I moved to USA, coz of my accent lol. 💜
