Hi everyone! Here's how I created my Polymer Clay Rainbow Ice Cream Charms with the swirly ice cream!

Diamond Shaped Pattern Tool
Circle Cutter

Yellow + Light Brown Soft Pastels (with a bit of water)
Paint Brush

Flour
Cone Shaped Tool (i created a cone shape with clay and baked it)

Sahara
Christmas Red
Tangerine
Sunflower Yellow Fimo Soft Clay - UK: amzn.to/34VPU9h US: amzn.to/34VUGUe
Tropical Green
Peppermint
Plum

Colours mixed:
To create the cone colour clay: Mix 50% white with 50% sahara.
Rainbow Colours: Each bright rainbow colour was mixed with around 30% white clay - Apart from christmas red where I used around 10% christmas red to 90% white clay. This was to get a pinky red colour.
I bake the cones for 10 minutes before adding the pastel colours. Then I bake the rest of the ice cream for a further 25 minutes.
I used Fimo Clay in this tutorial. You can use other polymer clay but cooking times vary depending on the brand. Make sure you follow your brands instructions.

When you say you bake it what do you mean exactly? Are you putting it in the oven?

Yes it's fimo clay so I bake it at 110'c for 30-35 minutes in total (in my small fan oven)

Yea of course you can - as long as you have the correct shape. I couldn't find one that gave the shape I wanted and icing nozzles did just that 😊 Thank you so much!
