Yeah, that other video was my very first attempt at this design, and used a PC to generate the sounds. This version is modular, and generates sounds within the synth (using a Teensy microcontroller). Again, no proper schematics for this design because I hadn't learned how to create them at this point, but there are quite a few details here: hackaday.io/project/160626-polymod-modular-digital-synthesizer

whoa nice!!!! I love the module channel thing. I learned so much from project!! I'll try and build one :D Where did you get those patch cables from?

Thank you! They're "Hosa" cables, think I found them on eBay. You should definitely make your own! Keep an eye on the channel, I'm hoping to work on a new version later this year which will be much easier to build.
