Very nice to see you again! I am Mike. I used to do YT videos on the Dao De Jing. I split my sleep when I work because I work from midnight to 8am. It came about naturally. I generally sleep 3 to 4 hours directly after work and 3 to 4 hours before the next shift. Great video!!

Mike! Nice to see you here brother :) "I used to do YT videos on the Dao De Jing." Yes and you gave me some very good advice that I'll never forget, about how the body's craving for sex is in no way different than the way it craves food and water.

No, I am interested in polyphasic sleep itself. I enjoy sleep. It's a wonderful part of my life. This overproduction thing is some psychological imbalance. It's the erroneous belief that "if I could only do do do, then I'd be happy/a valuable person". None of those beliefs are true. Good advice TJ 👍🏼. Haha I love the idea of an abundance of lack being created by some people's thoughts.

elsa Grace what if you aren’t trying to produce more, but rather wanting to have more time for your passions?

you can be productive about the passionate things in your life too. it’s about not wasting time, that’s all.

Money can be hoarded, spent and wasted. Time cannot. With time there is only the present to choose what to do with. In one second it becomes the past. You only have this instant to make life what you want it. Not yesterday, not tomorrow.

So do you think Margaret Thatcher and Winston Churchill napped several times a day or did they just need 4hrs sleep and that was it?
