Hey - I've been passionate about food it's effect on our body for ages. I just want to, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for researching, recording/editing and posting this video. There's no goofy junk science here - what you are saying is well researched and true information. These are so interesting! Can i suggest a video on phytic acid? There's a lot of fearmongering lately that it makes food essentially 'useless' in terms of vitamins and minerals and that it's bad for you

Thank you for a great video. I don’t normally watch this kind of stuff since I am healing from my ED. Binge and diet free for over six months now! Yay! I tend to get too caught up in the wellness culture as well. I think your videos are great though.

I love these videos so much! There’s so little easy to find information about how food is used as fuel so these are awesome! I would love if you’d do a “what to eat to fuel your body” video. I know you’re all about intuitive eating and agree that’s the best way to eat, but I would be so interested to see what a day looked like where you are eating perfect fuel, the combination of things that work best when digested together, the best combination of nutrients, etc. Not as a diet to follow but more just from a science perspective.

What do you suggest as the best food that's richest in calcium? I have found collard greens and salmon and sardines with bones. Anything else?
