Loved it! This is weird, but can you make a video on your favorite snacks on the go [processed and non-processed] to get some ideas!

Thank you for this! Thanks to you and your channel I've begun eating SO much healthier and stopped trying to go on diets and instead made a huge lifestyle change! ❤️ As a momma of 3 boys I'm also excited about you becoming a mom too ! Congrats girl and thanks for sharing your knowledge!

I love your content because I feel like you’re always trying to educate rather than what’s trendy. I’m really trying to figure out what’s best for me and my body and health goals. Would you recommend eating like 6 small meals? Or doing the whole, eat with a minimum of 5 hours in between? Or what?? There’s so much out there I’m not even sure what to do and what I should I even eat. It’s overwhelming.

I was recently diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and my doctor recommended avoiding high-sugar and high-carb foods. Could you make a video on best foods/snacks, or any advice you have, for women with PCOS? Love your videos! :-)

This was simple! I already knew everything you said which I was very surprised to find out haha. Thank you for this series!!! Please talk about dairy next! Is it good for us humans? It doesn’t make sense to me that we consume it because it comes from a mama cow....

Hey Becca! Love your videos, there's something about how you explain things that makes me really understand it. With that being said I would love for you to do a video on ketosis and ketoacidosis. Help a future RD out. Thanks girl!

Super nice video! Although one of my questions stays unanswered: What about date syrup? It is 100% fruit but a sugar after all, so I don't know how to use it... ☺

I get very confused about how many grams of sugar to eat a day. Does it included Added Sugar or All sugar (including fruit, dairy etc. ).I’m not worried about it obsessively, but I want to be mindful.
