they're amazing live. I saw them this summer. they're accuracy live is mind blowing. they interact with the crowd really well. as an average (at best) guitar player, it was one of the best live shows I've seen. standing about 2m in front of tim helped! they're touring uk/europe next spring. the show is 100% worth going to.

I'd say they produce the most mass suited music and thats not meant in a bad way. -I think every guitar enthusiast agrees that those guys are extremly skilled and sound amazing and that uncommon in the guitar community that all groups would agree on that. -Every music nerd enjoys geeking out on their music. -And people who are not that much into music and dont pay that much attention to what they are listening to, like their music because of the way they sound. Those guys will have a really bright future.

I'm going to see these guys in Dallas next April, and I'm beyond excited. These guys have been my new favorite band since they released Play God earlier in the year. I've listened to their entire catalog and I gotta say, this new stuff really is the pinnacle of their music. It showcases all the different elements they've incorporated over the years in a very groovy and cohesive way. Great reaction guys. I appreciate any exposure Polyphia can get!

“Who’s she” omg I busted up at this. I sent the music video to a friend of mine and she said something similar about not being able to tell if Tim was a man or woman. Lol I doubt he’d mind. Dudes one of the best if not the best guitarist on the planet, and he’s heavily leaned into his kind of androgynous look.l as the years have gone on.

I've heard Steve Vai described as a very talented technical guitarist, but no one hums any of his riffs to themselves.
@mpkelley202 жыл бұрын
Actually technical yes but he is usually described more as an emotional player vs others like Satriani or Petrucci. Anytime you see him play live he gets so into it. And as far as humming his music, well…I do. His catalog is quite expansive. I can hum older polyphia but most of their newer stuff is all over the place and finding the melody is very difficult. This song is an exception as it has a recurring melody that pops up among the million notes being played.
@NotSoFast712 жыл бұрын
@@mpkelley20 I'm not a musician and I had never heard of Polyphia before this video. My comment referred to the "casual" music listener like myself and the vast majority of my friends and coworkers. We've heard of Vai and know he's a very talented guitarist that has played with many other famous musicians/bands. But if we are in a situation where no music is on, he doesn't pop into our heads subconsciously like Eddie or Slash might, for example. Basically his works aren't as mainstream, but to most "music" people I know, being mainstream is basically an insult.

There r reaction channels that react to only music and they have hundreds of thousands of subscribers... maybe they won't all get 100k views but ppl do like to watch music reactions as well, and u will still gain subs off of the videos so work n a music video or 2 a week... variety is what makes ur channel good and music should b a part of that variety
