Of all the floor makeovers I have seen on KZbin this one is my favorite. Can it be used on tile floors and if so should I rough up the surface of the tile first? Thank you!

We had this done in our basement, but it feels like there are many sharp edges. Should they have sanded the whole thing down and added another layer of epoxy?

Are you providing those polyurea flake floor works? What are the costs for 1 square meter? Does it work with an underfloor heating?

What product did you use for the top coat on this project? Was it smooth when completed or did it have a texture? Nice video.
@Garage_Kings8 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment! The top coat is Bulletproof by Beautiful Surfaces Inc. This flake floor is slightly textured when finished. This project is up in Canada, where workers wear bolts on their boots for traction over ice.

Versatile Coatings LLC terrible this guy don't know what he is doing not enough flake and. Not enough top coat Epoxy you should look into elite Crete systems they offer the best training and best product.

Versatile Painters LLC, are you calling me a terrible guy or Garage Kings?
@versatilepaintersllc61927 жыл бұрын
Calling terrible the way to apply it and the amount of product been use. The to scrap the flake and the final coat looks like not enough epoxy

Versatile Painters LLC, I've been doing this for 15 years and I don't know what was so wrong with the way Garage Kings was applying it. From what I could see on the video is that the flake completely covered the floor so it looked like enough to me and I pour out ribbons of material, squeegee and back roll all of my garage floors. On an indoor application I personally would have made the finish smoother just to make it easier to clean but in Garage Kings explanation to me in the comments above was that they wanted a little texture on the floor because of their environment. I'm in Texas, so I don't worry about snow and ice. However, on a garage floor I will leave a little extra texture and I still give my customers a lifetime warranty against peeling and flaking. 15 years, no call backs. BTW, I do use some of elite cretes products.
