@@RockinEnabled IIRC it was an interview but I may be wrong. I do remember learning about it though. My guess is it probably would've been track 7, between A/B and Zen Automaton. At least that's where I think it'd flow best without breaking up any of the news segment interludes between other songs, and the title track itself is the perfect song to close out the album.

It was actually supposed to be placed between A/B and Zen Automaton on the track list, but the song wasn't included on the initial release because it wasn't mixed in time. That's the order I have it in on my phone and I can't imagine listening to the album any other way; it just flows so much better, and I feel that the title track is the best way to close out the album, especially with those air raid-esque synths that bookend it. You should definitely give it a listen in its intended order sometime. It's _really_ good.
