We're getting close to having the exterior finished which means the majority of all the weight has been applied to the hull structure. So before going any further we are going to do a float test and see if it floats and be assured it is not too top heavy too.

But you do relize that you nsed some side windows to be able to drive it from the inside

designing a similar boat need to know how much the total weight being floated that you have.

We never weighed it. Just kept test floating and it floats great!!! So, it is not overweighed for pontoons it has.

You would think that and true. However look back at our insulation package shown in previous episodes, and it stays cool as can be in the summer 100 degree days with only a 5k BTU AC unit.
