i just want to correct, you can combine animations with physics in Unity by creating a non physics Character and letting the physics character try to recreate the rotation. There is a great Video when searching: recreating gang beast, where there is a animation vid in the playlist. Great video PontyPants 👍

2kliksphilips also makes vids about game jam type progress his basic idea is just making a small scope game in a time crunch really hones the craft of game dev in terms of time management and stressing just shipping a game...not perfect...is such a big achievement bc so many have great ideas...sit down...start work...hit road blocks...set backs...and never release anything the importance of just having a release, broken imperfect, totally compromised vision, is still such a huge accomplishment bc you learn so much more from that...from just pushing yourself to make a final release...than you ever could from a development hell with no end in sight you will still let yourself down in both cases maybe...but at least in the imperfect release case...you grow...learn all stages...get feedback...good or bad...whereas never releasing at...not so much growth, not so much learning...no real external feedback...just grand ideas detached from grounding in reality

Few suggestions for the game: #1 Please add character customization like sunglasses, shirts and that player can change body and gear colours #2 Make a naming option so that players can name their avatars so that, During a fight, players can understand that who is who. #3 Please add a home screen to the game #4 Try to add different game modes in the home screen like training, global multiplayer, local multiplayer and stuff #5 Please add different locations like, junkyards, haunted mansions, Other planets, UFO arenas and stuff I hope my opinions come to work, Thank you

I'm here quite short time, but I really like this channel, your personality, so I feel really happy to watch your videos : ) I really enjoy the progress you making and I would love to have collegue like you are.. I'm web developer, but I somehow don't want to continue in this business, because of the people in it.. I often felt like the team around me it's not a team at all, but individuals working almost against each other.. I switched to games, not making, but learning and I will see how it that goes.. I have done 2D course by Rick from Udemy and now I'm learning Blender.. even though I'm more insterested in 2D games, I'm terrible with photoshop and drawing, but making 3D objects is for me like cooking, just follow the recipe.. my plan is, make 3D objects and from them make a sprite sheets or simple sprites.. and if I wanted to make a 3D games, I already would have skills to make 3D objects.. but I have really hard time to invent a game.. I always wanna make games, but I really can't invent nothing solid.. I tried to put some thoughts on paper, but eventually it feels like frankenstein of games I like.. so maybe I have no future in this and I'm wasting my time, who knows, but I'm glad you still continue, it makes me continue too..
