Eeyup. HOA Karens to a T. And claiming that because Twilight lives in her castle over 100 days a year means it doesn't count as a government building despite the fact Celestia and Cadance live in THEIR castles over 100 days a year? Something tells me Twilight immediately messaged Celestia about this BS and then, if Celestia didn't do anything, once she became full ruler, *all* HOA were PERMANENTLY banned

Happy to see you still going strong on doing MLP related content. I began rewatching and rereading MLP:FIM related stuff again. I even began listening and reading to Grimdark themed MLP stuff. I. Send them to bankruptcy! Their so-called laws should have little to no leverage whatsoever. HOAs are absolutely an infringement of the First Amendment! Just the existence of an HOA infringes on our rights. We shouldn’t be bullied by these corporations who think they can bully us around and control our lifestyles and how we decorate and how architecturally-well designed it is, even no matter how strange a house looks . HOAs have got to be some of the most self-centered control-mongering companies ever. I heard multiple of these companies went out of business after countless lawsuits. And it was music to my ears! 😊

The neighborhood we live in used to have an HOA but it was pretty low-key, keep your property reasonably neat, don't do stupid things like blaring loud music at 2 AM, etc. That said I've read horror stories about HOA's like in this fic where they think they could boss God himself around. Two words Motor Mouth should look up when he gets home: lèse-majesté. 😈
