I find the Lightning God soul core to have high synergy with axe. It's a gap closer and applies lightning, which remedies 2 weaknesses of the axe, which is speed and range

It’s sad so many don’t even give the Axe a chance. I personally love using it even without a tank build.

Its very slow so people think you have to trade with it probably, and many don't like to willingly take damage. Very fun weapon tho.

@@biblicallyaccuratefurbie4690 Totally agree. Since axes have good damage, ki damage and break, they are pretty effective against almost every kind of enemy in the game.

On the topic of Axe, I just beat the second DLC staying in low-stance at all times, spamming square +square +square +triangle, and NOTHING else lol It was almost too easy, I don't know whats going on haha I'm so ashamed lol

I think corruption with ax and spin to win is by far one of the funnest things I've ever done at first I thought it was a glitch because I kept getting the ki back in the middle of spinning

I'm certain you run slower with axe, just difficult to see because of you running speed buffs

i really hate running low stance attack

The problem for me is that i have used an Axe since i started this game. I’m now on DotD and i can’t seem to change because everything just dies quick when i use it.You can even use low stance and still do tons of damage. I’ve tried sword, dual swords, split staff fists but they just don’t compare

Thanks! I wonder if you have to fully charge Rumbling Earth, Tri-Spark and Rampage or maybe you could kinda "quickfire" them with Night Rain and get the same damage output?

Rumbling Earth and Rampage are the ones to fully charge to get maximum power.
