Rakshaka is amazing! You can dump the "more ki damage taken" unto an enemy with impurity transfer. Better yet, also use carnage so you can transfer the "defense down" as well. Now you gain more damage and anima, enemy has lower defense and ki.

One thing about cyclone I think you failed to mention is that compared to other grapples the grapple effect at the end doesn‘t stop your Ki regen. You will actively regen Ki during the grapple animation.

I learned a lot from this! I love how you use quick thin airs to reinitiate and keep the speed up! And your aberrant cancels really make the weapon even faster! Great stuff!

My first time playing through the game I used Switchglaive and never understood why everyone hated fighting Saito Toshimitsu because empty retribution just deletes his ki bar. Same effect on Kukai. This weapon is just so powerful. Been going through again on Fists and I have a much deeper understanding and appreciation for these hard enemies now.

Empty Retribution is loved for a reason. Many hits with a great amount of forward motion. It's a great punish against blocking enemies too.

Fun thing to do with arc of chaos is to aim at one enemy and switch to another

I could not get lightning blade to work for the life of me, was trying it for ages. And did two perfect parries with different moves inbetween just to see if it was me or not, I just don’t get this move it feels broken?

It may feel weaker than Odachi in terms of overall damage and ki depliction, but also keep in mind that due to its scaling stat, it synergizes with Omnyo Magic greatly. By combining the two, you can get something truly amazing. Whether you're using Omnyo for buffs and debuffs while going full damage with the Switchglaive, or weaving in Arc of Chaos into full ranged mage spellcasting, you can deal some insane damage with amazing utility.

Thanks to this video I finally figured out the timing for cyclone II. I find it easiest to aim to press triangle a second time when I land.

How do you unlock arc of chaos? I don't see it in my skill tree. Wtf? I also don't see Devine retrebution :(

Arc of chaos can be found in the dlc after farming a certain boss as smithing text, Tate eboshi. Best farmed in “the battle at the temple” side mission.

in my experience, the timing is basically the same.

arc of chaos if you press ki pulse when it came back at the right time, you can recover instantly and do next move. Divine retribution seem only work on bigger enemy, smaller one you wont be able to hit them when you fly over.
