Even i had gone through this during my initial 5 months postpartum, and i believe this comes under Postpartum Depression due to our hormones changing in the body, and also since our previous routine changes, our mind and body is still trying to accept this new change . But , i can assure this is just the phase, be kind to yourself and give some time. Mostly after 6 months you will start feeling proud of getting through these days and coming so far. Moreover you will start loving and be grateful for your child more and more. Gud luck, stay strong. 👍❤️
