Beautiful design and fascinating video. Like most construction projects, there were times when a lot was going on, but no visible progress was being made. The actual building process was interesting and the end result looks great. There is a tragic irony in here somewhere though, the construction of a structure that holds a huge amount of water, facilitated by weather where there was no water to disrupt said construction, in a part of the state which is close to completely running out of water.
