What a magnificent video. Of all the fine segments you have brought… this is the most compelling and memorable. I grew up down there and dove there often before the statue was placed but have not seen it in person. You have shared an amazing connection between God and the beauty of the ocean he created. As an old commercial diver, I felt this connection every single time I went under water and got back in the boat. Your knowledgeable comments and respect were wonderful . I am very grateful for the memorable peace you have shared here you two. You made me feel there again. Bless you both.

Clay and Stephanie Growing up in S Florida (now in Atlanta) fishing canals for Snook and baby poons, fishing on party boats crammed in like sardines and bridge fishing from Largo to Duck Key, buying a little 13 ft Whaler at 15 yrs old, tooling around and fishing the flats around the islands with no navigation, no cell phones and a quarter to call my Mom on Sunday to pick me up, I never had the opportunity to dive the Statue. Now as an adult, yalls video touched me in a way that brought back those childhood memories and inspired me to grab another couple, rent a house down in the Keys and hunt down that Statue. We are planning a late April early May trip. Thanks for the awesome footage and sharing your experience ❤️

Grew up in S Florida, and in high school in the late 60s, went out on friend’s family trimaran weekly, in that same area. Caught fish, snorkeled. One of my fondest memories and you two are bringing it back! And later, in 70s, canoed with friend twice in the Everglades from Flamingo to Cape Florida. Camped there and fished for our dinner. Mangrove snappers. No mosquitos. A win! Would love to see some fishing off of Cape Florida although I have no clue about water quality.

I really enjoyed seeing footage of Key Largo and the underwater Jesus statue! Other than snorkeling tours back in the day, I haven't seen much beyond route 1. It was very interesting to watch. The beach looked very serene as well. Type of place you leave with lower blood pressure lol You get my vote for more content on this area! Love to see more content on islands and sandbars in the lower Keys as well. Thanks for sharing another great episode! It was top notch as always

Hello guys! First I want to start by saying your film making ability is off the chart!! Cinematography, editing, angles, etc. is just awesome!! I love to enjoy adventures like that with my wife & “camped” on the boat by Elliot Key many times. We live in Key Largo full time now after moving from South Dade, but I am not familiar with that island. I wound love to know where it’s at.
