Same here! I was totally impressed, and her final interview with Doug sealed the deal. I think it was just the perfect storm (literally)-feeling horrible from Covid and probably being more stressed about it than most because she had recently lost her husband to it. And she has asthma! The fact that the plaintiff admitted to basically tuning her daughter out proves that she was a wild card. The defendant received great advice from JM. I hope that she's still in business. I would hire her if she was in my area.

Yes they presented themselves well and didn't get personal after the judge mentioned she was a bit rude about the defendants dead husband. It seems to me the daughter's attitude is the problem, now I could understand a bit better if she was paying for the party for her Mum but she wasn't it had nothing to do with her. So going in and threatening people is not the way to handle things.

The defendant texted that she was AT the hospital, she didn’t write that she was admitted to the hospital. She was at the hospital getting tested and getting a breathing treatment.
