The initial impression of the plaintiff was positive, but as the case progressed, it became evident why Judge Marilyn ruled in favor of the defendant. The plaintiff failed to provide sufficient evidence regarding the communication about hotel costs, which weakened her case. It appears that her decision to bill the defendant for the hotel costs arose only after she became upset and angry. Seeking financial retribution she herself hadn't enforced, she seemed to hope Judge Marilyn would impose the cost. Furthermore, her threat to Doug about recording without permission, followed by a mention of involving the County Sheriff upon her return, seemed driven by vindictiveness. This declaration was delivered with a sense of satisfaction, reminiscent of a desire for revenge, reminiscent of the "I'll get her and her little dog too" sentiment from 'The Wizard of Oz.'

She keeps saying it was last minute that’s why she didn’t tell her in writing but she told her how much the tickets would be in writing.. if she told her she was responsible for the tickets and half of the hotel that would have been the price given when she gave the price of the tickets.. no way she told her he had to pay for the hotel

I do not believe the plaintiff expected the resort costs knowing she’d already paid for it and would lose it if she didn’t go. I would’ve expected just the plane fare. And the defendants ability to not blink and remain emotionless is fantastic. Why do people always complain about being recorded 🤦🏽♀️

The defendant had to have some clue of the platiffs personality before she went... sounds like excuses to me.

Common sense for this one. She knew she had to sleep somewhere

You can not travel with everyone! I only travel with one friend, and we have visited 12 countries, and never had an issue! We understand and respect each other, so it’s easy. I refuse to travel with my other friends as I am not confident we would still be friends at the end of the trips.

Experienced this same nonsense I just remained quiet the entire time. Horrible traveling with ppl who cause unnecessary issues.

I would never allow someone to pay for myself and children to go anywhere! Nope, that’s alright. If I don’t have the 🤑🤑🤑, I’m not going to

The man that narrates these stories has a vocal that you will remember, very theatrical kind of reminds me of Vincent Price.

If the defendant was having to pay for flights AND the hotel for herself and her 2 children, why would she want to go on holiday with the plaintiff.

She keeps throwing stone for stone. I believe the defendant totally after that last statement. I pray everyone in her hometown, especially her circle, sees this and think twice about their friendships and how easily she flips.

The plaintiff seems like the type to think shes allowed to be horrible and nasty just because she ls old, bet she thought she'd win the case simply because shes a "sweet old lady" but really shes the nasty old crone who yells at kids for playing outside.
