A few things to mention: - Afeni Shakur was Tupac's mother. She actually passed on in May 2016. R.I.P. Pac and Afeni. - Em just did the hook on this one. Would have been cool to have heard him spit an actual verse on it, though. - During the last verse, Denaun is likely firing shots at Cadillac Tah and Charlie Baltimore, two of Ja's fellow Murder Inc. artists. The man referred to Charlie as a transvestite with a windbox chest. That's a punch if I've ever heard one.

shortly before Pac died in 96'.... he changed his moniker to "Makaveli" (sic Machiavelli) to be in line with the naming structure of the other members of his newly formed group known as the Outlawz for his forthcoming album release titled "The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory" which ended up being a posthumus release. Outlawz members each went by a moniker based on a real life world leader from that time period....as follows: Kastro, Napoleon, Hussein Fatal, Yaki Kadafi, E.D.I. Mean, Mussolini etcetera. Hope that helps with context on this and future 2Pac related reactions Sir!

The Hail Mary diss track you covered was a recreation of a song done by Makaveli(Tupac) and was recreated with the permission of Afeni Shakur(Tupac’s mom). He’s the only artist who has ever been granted permission by the family to work with Tupac’s work. So calling him “Mockaveli” was just another slick way of calling him a wannabe Tupac.

To clear some stuff up. Afeni Shakur -Tupacs Mother. She was was a Black Panther early in her life. And in the late 60's charged with several counts of conspiracy to bomb police stations and other public places in New York. Afeni represented herself at trial, interviewing several witnesses and arguing in court. In the end she was aquitted after 2 years. About Ja Rule. Now Tupac is my favorite rapper all time. But Ja Rule did not start out with singing Hooks. You should listen to these songs fromhis first Album named Ja Rule - Venni Vetti Vecci. If anything he reminds you more of DMX with the beats being more like The LOX/DMX/Ruff Ryder you might be aquainted with.Listen to theses songs from that Album preferably in this order We here now Kill 'Em All" (featuring Jay-Z) World's Most Dangerous" (featuring Nemesis) Holla Holla Let's Ride It's Murda" (featuring DMX and Jay-Z)
