I stupidly forgot to mention an obvious application of this set up: YES, you can do band assisted pull-ups...super easy to set up. As mentioned, I'll shoot a workout video in the near future and include that configuration (if I forget, remind me). Thanks!

Thanks for the video. Always nice to see some inexpensive DIY projects, rather than $100K garage gyms that are out of reach of most people

and question... the more of those bands you add is like having a 30-50 lbs for arms workout l have a similar work space as you do and l have been working out every so often during my workshift..
