Once you get that pack fully charged you'll pick up a few more MPH out of it. Glad the crashes were not too bad. I am wating for parts for mine to show up later this week to start rebuilding my mangled mess! LOL! Happy to see you in the 40s!!!

@@AddamsPlayground saw your comment about the crash. Doesnt sound good. I think I got away lightly to be honest. I thought there was gonna be more damage to mine. As for the battery, i am going to keep it as is for the moment and just put that battery in before trying something else. I just hope it is dry next time out 😜

Great runs. Lihv packs usually ship in storage so 3.8v per cell. That 6000mah will have much more speed once you charge it. I predict over 48mph when it's full charged. Your doing great in the wet.

@@Chuckyshobbies oooh really?? 😁😁 i am new to Lipos. Thank you for that. Knew I shouldve waited and charged it before running it lol. The rain got a lot heavier as I packed up, so glad I finished when I did. Quite enjoying the way it performs at the moment

Hey great improvement and an entertaining video. Thanks for the mention. There is still quite a big lump on my leg where the car hit and I'm starting to wonder if I need to worry about it 🤔 Good luck and there must be a few more mph if the battery is fully charged 😁👍👍

You found a great place to make your speed runs. Once you charge your new battery you'll go faster, how much I can't predict. I think you said in the past you ran the Eurotrucks. Are the Eurotrucks wheels and tires bigger? If so would they fit. You're doing a good job. Keep it up.
@rivierarc2 ай бұрын
@@michaeldorich4485 thank you for your comment. Yes, they do fit. The wheels are M-chassis sized but the tyres are roughly touring car sized but unsure about the side walls. With them being taller I may have to glue the outer wall to stiffen them up. I may try a set this weekend. Can go one of two ways lol

@@rivierarc All good, just thought I'd ask 😜 Want to make sure you're getting maximum benefit. I might get in on the next one. I like the brushed challenge the best. With today's brushless technology, getting power is just a simple question of how much power do you want and ticking that box 🤣 The challenge is more so how you can make a car handle that power with low drag rolling resistance yet also be stable. The brushed category still has that element of pushing the motor to its limits of power which I find more appealing 😁
@rivierarcАй бұрын
@@druscanam it has certainly been a learning curve. I'll stay brushed.. unsure I could find somewhere long enoigh to go brushless around here
