The sound is perfectly synced with the spotter taking a step on the right side. I'd say that's what you're hearing. ALSO Larry's injury happened when the spotters failed to pull the weight away from him. You can clearly see his ankles flair outward as he goes up on his toes which a very compromised position to hold any sort of weight. Luckily when he was in that compromised position the spotters had assisted just enough for there to be no serious injury, but it was close.

@@tharagz08 If you pause at 15:44 at the last millisecond you can see where the ankle twists and gets pushed down by the weight because of the faulty spot. @supernoodles9085 жыл бұрын
Although there are multiple studies showing as little as 2% reduction in bodyweight due to water loss ( so about 5lbs for Larry ) significantly increases the rate of injury when performing athletic activities. As Larry gets bigger it's hard to make sure he stays hydrated due to the excess muscle requiring a greater amount of water and salts proportionately compared to someone that doesn't have as much. The requirements to maintain a large amount of muscles exponentially increases with muscle gain. So for these big lifters hydration and electrolyte balance is a very prominent issue. Especially in regards to chronic injury prevention ( such as ripping muscles and joint degradation ) and minor injuries ( such as muscle straining and cramping )

Yes he just don't have the thickness around his joints like Eddie hall or some monsters like Thor. His very strong near there level but much smaller boned..the weakest points around insane mass will still lead to injuries.
@albertok23235 жыл бұрын
A lot of his issues came from lifting right after surgeries, and major surgeries at that. I'm not saying Larry won't have some long-term damages, but I don't think it'll be anywhere near to degree of Coleman's.
