These are The Pop Group, as it says on the tin. Active from '78 through '81. Morphed into Rip Rig & Panic, Maximum Joy and solo Mark Stewart. Mark is still out there performing, and there is a reformed Pop Group. Suggest Googling, or Facebook.

Thanks for the upload. We do know The Pop Group was a main influence for Rema-Rema, Mass and The Wolfgang Press. Right? Yes the presenter is speaking French. This is Belgian TV which is broadcast in French. The two languages of Brussels are French and Flemish. With English a close third. Most main TV is spoken in French, the main language of the capitol city.
