He isn’t this generation 50 cent. He didn’t need to start beefs and be annoying to get heard. He wouldve been this generation influencer to get your money, mind and business acumen correct. At 20 he was far more intelligent that atleast 95% of them.

@@Angel-qn5bv i respect your opinion but when 50 dropped his first 2 mixtapes he had the whole eastcoast buzzing. So much so dr. Dre had to fly him out to see Em, i believe thats how the story goes. Now, imagine if around that same time we had youtube and social media like we do now, 50 woulda been way more. what he did without those tools should be put into perspective.

I only found out who Pop Smoke was 6 months ago, and he is unlike any other artist I have ever been a fan of. With other artists, I'll look at their songs, and find a few that I like, but with Pop there were so many of them that I just _adored._ His voice and the feel of his songs just stood out so much from all of the other rappers, and it was just perfect for me. I wish I knew who he was while he was alive. Now, exactly a year since his passing, every time I think about how much more he had planned for the future and how talented he was, it really breaks my heart. We'll never get an artist like Pop Smoke ever again. Rest easy Pop 💫🕊

🇯🇲 Bigup Pop. Like Biggie, Bob Marley, Heavy D & Pop Smoke; they all die young, wrapped in the Jamaican Flag. Like all soldiers, they may stop the flesh but the memories & ideals lives on, floating like cirrus clouds.

I had such high hopes for him from the very beginning, the PTSD track followed up by Welcome to the Party, Scenario, Flexing etc. it was just hit upon hit as I kept clicking through his music. I was an immediate fan of his style, with the British Grime tracks and that New York gritty attitude and the epic flow.
