At the time he died I had no clue who this was. Then I saw his name n started listening to his music. I immediately loved it. He was special. May he rest in peace.

I got into his music after his passing, unfortunately. But he’s definitely the number one non-living artist that I wish was still alive today. I love his tone, his flows, beats, and lyrics bc they all complimented each other so well. It sucks for us fans bc he’s gone and we won’t hear anything new, but I can’t imagine how his friends and family still feel today. Pop Smoke and Doom are my favorite rappers, and we lost them both in the same year.

He had that same aura 50 had in 03... he wasn’t the most lyrical rapper but he had a great style and a perfect voice for rap sad he lost his life so damn young smfh

The worst part is that it was a hit. So pretty much the professional killer or killers didn't leave any traces,to get caught and justice can be served.

Never seen a Pop Smoke interview, but every clip you used made him seem like the most personable person in the game. RIP. Edit: holy shit the mom shit broke my heart, he's definitely going to win some awards but I really hope his mom is the one to claim it for him.

Your channel is so good, man. Three minutes in and you've already hooked me with your intro to Pop's incredible, short career and how he affected you personally by popularizing the UK Drill sound. Your passion really shows in your content, brother.
