I can’t be focusing on the past when I got new innovative South African influenced Motswako music in the chamber and think it won’t get played.. I WILL BE PERSISTENT, I WILL KEEP SUBMITTING.. The podcast market in South Africa is largely untapped. Between this and a few others, hopefully niche markets will be satisfied. Otherwise, fans will preemptively curate content to their own tastes. If anything, with the demographics of South Africa (majority youth population) and sliding decrease in barriers of entry and participation (data prices, fiber et al.) the market should greatly expand. Conclusion: if anyone is thinking of getting into KZbin, Podcasting etc. this is the time.

Alright here's my thing.Everyone has a right to self determine and if because of your experience you become aware of a potential unwanted situation and decide to point it out, you have to do so with respect for the person you're pointing it out to.Them being "kids" and inexperienced doesn't justify your disrespect.Firstly who's the "Pretoria crew"?Secondly are you honestly not aware of the disrespect in that?With that being said thank you Speedsta.
@POPcast4real5 жыл бұрын
Respect goes a long way, these up coming kids stay upcoming because they feel that the internet gives them this sense of "i've made it" which makes them not respect people

smoko, up coming artists have a lot to say and they don't know how to go about expressing themselves and finding out the info. like demanding to be put on or to be playlisted on radio but a person doesn't even read the TCs of what format you should send work in, who you should be registered with and codes you should accompany your submissions with and no cussing for example.. instead folks would rather argue all day back and forth...
@DJVigilanteSA5 жыл бұрын
Justkholii_ interesting can I get your views or a video of your thoughts
but give Reece some credit for standing his ground. He aspires independence and he's doing good if you ask me. Dont just throw shots. He even predicted Emtees debacle with the label, you just commented about it on hindsight.
@shabbanine59265 жыл бұрын
Rizla Da Reason bruh no one is discrediting Reece they just telling the truth.TWC is holding Reece back and management sucks that's why Flame left. This is very one sided, the reason new school rappers don’t want other avenues is that there are gatekeepers when it comes to radio and record labels so the internet market is way easier to tap into, and the internet is worldwide not only in Johannesburg, this show if very one sided because you’re all established artists and there’s no journalist to call out the bullsh*t you’re all saying like the show Everyday Struggle
@POPcast4real5 жыл бұрын
Yes there are gatekeepers, no lie, the internet has opened an avenue for you to get noticed, but that doesnt mean you dont have to network
