A lot of non-Christians celebrate Christmas too. I was baptized as a baby before I was old enough to say no (I complained about that to my parents at 5 years old already because not even then I wanted to be Christian), but I'm atheist and left the church legally. This year I'll celebrate Christmas with 4 other people who were baptized as either Protestant or Catholic and one who used to be a strongly believing Sunni Muslim, but we're all atheists now. Will you wish everyone who celebrates Christmas a happy Christmas or only the Christian ones?

They have Abraham as a common denominator, but the way both faiths evolved is very different. Muslims do NOT believe in the Triune God or that God became Man, was crucifed AND rose from the dead. Neither do they read the Bible, particularly the Gospels. That means there are serious and important differences between the two faiths. But disagreeing is not hating... And actually, Jesus Christ, the corner stone of Christianity, is on record for saying forgive, your enemy, bless your enemy, pray for your enemy, and that those who live by the sword will die by the sword...
