From what I've seen, you can actually avoid electrocuting CatNap at the end. Doing so lets you keep the green hand, and CatNap doesn't get shanked by the Prototype. Even then, I've seen several VODs of adults who have played after it was patched still having difficulties. Charlie bumrushed the mechanic, which will more than likely end up with Miss Delight getting stuck on pathing. His need for speed backfired on him several times, but it worked very well against that particular part of the game.

Ima be honest…MOB has always been about improving and doing new things…and it really shows here. Everything that was critiqued in the last chapters (hand mechanics being the same, chapter being short for what you paid for, for example), has been at least improved here. They’re passionate about this game, the story they’re making, and the franchise in general (I mean it counts as at least a duopoly with project playtime), and they’ve been active and working on this and the story and the ARGs for a few years now. I’m just happy their effort hasn’t been for nothing, because they’ve worked so hard on everything from porting the game (which needed an overhaul of the code due to the engine it ran on), to an ARG, to a whole dead by daylight style game, and this chapter, and that’s in the last 2 ish years as a small indie company. I’m glad you enjoyed it.

The fact that it's shown right up front that this company has developed various borderline miracle technologies, namely the grab packs which are used by regular employees, staff, and warehouse workers to simply navigate the various parts of a giant, surreal facility is just batshit insane, and begs all kinds of questions. Also, you're informed right up front that your character is a former employee, returning to the abandoned facility, who knows full well the potential nightmare he's delving into is a much different hook than FNAF ever really lead with. Despite what Charlie might say, the game wasn’t made for kids. If you go back and play the first two chapters with chapter 3 in mind, you begin to understand the absolute insane levels of horror that are coming in the future.
They never abandoned it in the first place. Games just take a while to make and they actually wanted to make something longer and higher quality than the last 2 chapters. The game has been pretty popular for a long time now and has a pretty big and dedicated fan base too. Not sure what you mean by everyone forgot as it’s all over KZbin for better or worse

@@fluffyturtle471 i dunno about anyone else, but at least from what I seen from each chapter’s release, people go crazy over the new chapter for a couple weeks and then the hype dies just as quickly and it’s basically radio silence until another chapter drops. I’m not trying to say games don’t take a long time to make, the seeming radio silence between chapters is what makes it feel like an abandoned project every time to me. I’ll admit that maybe it’s just cause I don’t follow this series as much as others do though.

@@builttoscalevideos idk, I feel it’s a you case. There was some youtubers Who were keeping up with the Game. Super horror bro is one who I watch that, while his content is mainly FNAF fan games, kept making Videos everytime they updated. For example, they made an ARG website that was slowly getting updated the more time passed, That one comic they had of bonzo Slowly dying while stuck in a pit, project playtime was still getting some Updates, even the time when they had to Delay this game because they weren’t Ready to release it yet. They were at least somewhat interacting with the community.

@@tacobanana6538nah, it’s not just a him case. Anyone who isn’t actively looking into the horror seen will not have seen a single update or video on the games until new chapters drop. It does die fairly quickly as Google trends indicate. Regardless, good chapter.

My personal favorite theory for why this chapter focusses more on the horror elements is that the Devs saw Garten of Ban Ban, then decided they wanted to stay far the fuck away from that lmao
@michaelfallen15643 ай бұрын
I feel the biggest accomplishment of this Chapter is the perfect balance of interesting environments, good horror elements and just the right amount of interesting lore. Also, can i just say how nice it is to have an interesting but understandable story for a change? Especially compared to another mascot horror franchise where the plot is such a convoluted shitstorm that, to this day, nobody has been able to be conclusively explain and seems to get flipped on its head every 2 months when the next tidbit of lore seems to upend or retcon some previous lynchpin of the story.
