There's a couple moments in this chapter (specifically referring to moments with Poppy here) where she "offers answers" and it's basically just a confirmation of what's already been assumed. There's a lot of new lore about different characters available in this chapter, but I wouldn't say there's a lot of clarification about the "Hour of Joy"/who we are/the prototype/people's goals. I.e. don't expect the plot to be cleared up.
