Yes true, that's very interesting. The usual tourist places are empty, but the places where locals go to eat and drink are crazy busy! This means that there are almost no tourists in London now. It used to be crazy few years ago by this time...

Hi UWE, I guess it is not that bad as I saw some movement of people making the sunny weather count. A nice, enjoyable walk in the bright sunshine from Waterloo to London Eye and the park. Here the monsoon has set in early and the temp. has been hovering around 30 deg C max. See you again in the meantime take care and have sunny weekend.
