As a gunsmith, the expensive stuff is the worst. As ironic as it is cheaper sandpaper has a larger quantity and lasts longer. Dunno why but it is was it is!

@@Dr.BorisInShambles9518 it is because the finer the layer, the smaller the grit the harder it is to make it in such a way to achieve that fine layer. as it gets smaller you end up throwing away a lot of the product because it is not up to spec.

Tbh I thought the process was gonna involve a lot more chemistry 😅 but nah,, just, print, glue,magnetize the grit, bake, bend, cut. Idk why I was thinking it would be a big foot deep pool that doing some special process. Was way off but I’m glad I’m still questioning and bothering to look things up😂… tho I could have ask gpt. Would of been faster

Have you noticed that the grit is electrostatically charged? So that the align sharp edges aligned pointing up. Some poor quality sand paper manufacturers skip this step!
