Veo un gran trabajo del chef y la dedicación para preparar un plato tan complejo, personalmente no tengo problemas en consumir carnes rojas, blancas, peces y mariscos, creo que nunca probaría la carne de este pobre pez, sabiendo que realizaron un profundo desollamiento a este pobre ser vivo, además ver qué la mitad de semejante pez no puede ser consumida, es muy poco aprovechable para servir como alimento, creo que no se debería torturar de esa forma a este tipo de pez solo para generar una comida exotica.😢

Why removing the skin? Its the best part of that fish. Just steam it, apply gold wash, and use tools or your finger to remove the sharp spine. Than cook it with coconut milk.
