For the people tthat think they suffer, you're wrong, this is a Japanese technique in which they cut an important point, making it an instant death. In other countries, no matter what kind of fish, they let them die by suffocation, this is horrible for them, they get stressed and feel horrible. Yeah, it is a more graphical way to make them die, but is the best. The movements after tha cut are just spasms, they are already dead.

Cuando hace el corte del pez al inicio y lo perfora con el cuchillo es cuando lo mata instantáneamente, así que lo demás es totalmente normal y natural con un pez muerto, si se ve que se mueve o algo así, es conocido como espasmos musculares de un cadáver (estos los tienen los humanos al morir también y por ende los animales) así que todo el proceso es normal y común para ese pescado. Además el chef que corta un pez globo tiene que tener una licencia y experiencia de 10 a 15 años de práctica y entrenamiento, para hacer y preparar el pescado
