When they get together whether it is a record or just some silly video it is always magic. Thank you for this, i always wondered if they ever got together on stage. I would love to see Steven singing in Bleak live, too. Hopefuly in the future.

These lads influence each other as they go. I've know Mikael and have seen Opeth when he was mixing in some of the band's old 'death metal' stuff, which I wasn't too keen on tbh. He's a cool guy who is also very involved in knowing the history of progressive and psychedelic rock - I think that's how he has met with Steven Wilson, each being in the similar orbit.

Steven said in an interview that he took notes of his mixing sessions with opeth on his Mikael world play and used it in recording Closure Continuation. These two need to do another album together
