When I first listened this song I was with a beautiful girl who told me that this song reminded her to her ex. I went out with her for a little while, but it didn’t work out. She was still depressed for the recent rupture. I fell in love, and she just couldn’t feel anything. I don’t blame her, I’ve been there. Every time I listen to this song I think of her and all the good times we lived. I hope she is okay, and I always will remember her like one of the best things that ever happened to me.

@@RahulSharma-xz4re What a stupid comment, everybody is free to feel the music in his own way. Who made you judge of that? You just contradict yourself, it is for every individual you say, do yo know the meaning of individual? Go find a dictionary and grow up being less judgemental.
@nolop4082 жыл бұрын
Damn bro, I've been there too and in my case it didn't worked out because i idealized her in the wrong way, we had a lot in common and this really meant a lot to me back then, we liked the same music, the same movies, the same books and even we shared some thoughts, everything was perfect until she left, she didn't felt the same as I did. This was one of the songs I used to listen to pass through the break up, now I know the concept it's not meant to be about breaking up but we all give them the meaning we need, it helps.

My dog died in my arms two months ago, he was only 6 years old… that song reminds me those moments when he looked at me while he took his last breaths, “Hold me please Stay with me And I will sleep I will go now But I will be with you Hold my gaze Hold me inside you” I miss you so much, I wish to spend just one more minute with you… RIP Snow

My dog passed away this past Saturday, listening to this brings to my mind his last moment staring at me. He had cancer, I made the impossible to save him, but it was too much for him. Pets are incredible, while I feel quite depressed because he's gone, in a way I'm happy I was able to share a tiny slice of my life with this amazing buddy. Incredible how music can make us feel our emotions as strong as ever.

I am new to PT, but I must say i got addicted to their songs, live performances, and everything they do in fact. I hear this song for the first time, somehow I missed it and i have to say that the guitar solo there is one of the best I've heard so far.. The guitar itself cries or laughs depending on the mood you're in.. For me, it cries cheerful tears (if that is possible at all). This is why I love PT.. They turn everything into gold.. everything..

This song wasn't even officially released on an album, it was a bonus track on Deadwing. This shows Wilson could write slower melancholic ballads just as well or even better than the heavy epic stuff. Such an ear for melody, and emotion, and such a great guitarist. On the DVD this goes right into Sever I think so I always view them as one piece, Ive listened to this concert so often.

A lady, old, sitting in a chair on her balcony, gazing at the horizon, with the memories of a lost lover.... All of a sudden she sees a glow in the sky , a silhouette coming down.., her eyes, now in tears, she sees it's him.... She stands up , moving a few steps forward , that glow of light taking shape , becoming the man of her life, her old curly eyes transform into her young version, two of them cuddle , slowly, starts dancing, as they danced once ... The old lady gets sink into the moment... However looks very young.... And again all of a sudden she discovers herself alone , dancing ... Like a child... On the balcony... The silhouette is gone, he is gone, he has gone for so long, but still she can feel him... She can feel his presence...
