Great video but...why not a single one take with more light at the end? and for me it`s too much cutting power for a car that is supossed to be new.

alex84nd we have more lights now, see the new signal yellow gt3 video. It’s a bit of a growing proces on how to light the cars best after a detail to get the best “after” video footage. All of the fist 991.2 gt3’s had standing marks on the rear bumper, spoiler and rear decklid. It requires heavy cutting with wool to get rid of them. We inspect every car even if it’s brand new. I can’t think of a single car that was flawless from the factory. Every needs some correction here or there before we can apply a semi permanent coating. If we don’t correct it before coating it will be there for a long time. I hope I answered your question properly :)

I would suggest to take a final look under some lights, besides that great video.

We have serveral inspection stages. First one upon delivery, second one before polishing to judge the condition of the paint and the level of paint correction needed, after each polishing step we are degreasing and inspecting the paint before we move on to the next step. After all the polishing has been done we do a full inspection before we put any protection on the car. Then there is the inspection after protecting (wax, sealant or coating). Finally there is an inspection before delivery of the whole car. All this is done under multiple light sources at different time and different stages. The lights that you see in the video on the final stage are lights that are used for video and photography work, not detailing. They are just there to highlight the results and are never used during our detailing work. I hope this answers your question :)
