Porsche Carrera 3.2: Alternator troubleshooting next step- removal

I removed the alternator to move forward seeing about my low voltage condition.
Nothing exciting, but the point is to roll up the proverbial sleeves and dig into it.

Did your fan come off ok as my fan is stuck on!..I dont want to tap the shaft as it might damage the alternator.

Yes, it slid right off. It was a newer alternator so no corrosion formed on the shaft yet.
